I’m very energetically sensitive and have cultivated a practice of grounding which I embody within myself and through my massage practice, I want to inspire others to find their own energetic centre, cultivate their own bodily sovereignty and remember their inherent connection to the Earth. 

My rooted approach to my practice is grounded in my love for the plants, trees, birds, water, stones, soil and hills that surround me and I wish to share that with you.
